Hey my friends, We have so much training in the DGC. Yet we struggle to make a decision. Why? Well there are a number of reasons why. 1. We as a human race have beliefs and habits, most we are unaware of because they are on autopilot. So we when we hear “why” we don’t really answer it because deep down, our subconscious is saying “whats the point”. 2. We jump in for more and more free information but never act on it. Again this comes back to belief systems and habits. This program online, with no structure like a classroom start and end time, but this model is genius because we have this very community to ask questions, live calls so support is not lacking, your commitment to say YES is. 3. We are perfectionists. The information isn’t detailed enough, it’s missing a step, my hair is a mess, my nails are not done, I’m having a bad day etc. perfect doesn’t exist and waiting for it has been and will continue to kill your perfect dreams. Which were compromised from the beginning because deep down you know it, so it’s another excuse not to. I could go on but I think you have the point. I can hear all the noise now. “OK Ann, I get it. I am failing because it’s my fault.” BUT WAIT. This too is a belief system. GOOD NEWS 🗞️ Actually GREAT NEWS is. Michele says it often….ITS ALL FIXABLE! If you want to change anything, it starts with awareness. DEEP awareness, but thats not all, you now have to decide. “I know now, what can I DO about it?” Well here are some strategies-feel free to ask for clarity. 1. Take some time and write about the deep immense pain if you do nothing. Remember awareness, this will deepen the awareness, you said yes for a reason, your soul, subconscious guided you here, so what is the cost of doing nothing:, health because of the stressful job, or other situations you can’t control, is it financial, the burden of not making enough adds extra stress, extended exhaustion your feeling, what will that do 1-3-5 years +. Take this exercise 7 layers deep. Sit in that for a while and journal. 2. What would it MEAN to you for this NOT to happen, if you truly got healthy, eliminated the stress, if bills were paid automatically without a worry or a thought, if you could be home and present for yourself, your spouse and children? What would it mean if that all was taken care of? Again, journal, sit in the feeling of the meaning behind fixing it all, don’t worry about how, just focus on the question. 3. Now that you are deeply feeling the pain of what you don’t want, your deeply feeling the flip. Now what do you want REALLY? Write it all down like a mad scientist, feel each word, get excited about the meaning of every word and feel it in your soul, BELIEVE IT BECAUSE IT IS ALL POSSIBLE BUT IT ALL STARTS WITH YOU! 4. Start writing your goals, your purpose is above (tons of content right there my friend). Be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and make sure you do it for shorter periods. This adds urgency for you. 5. Once that is done. Take massive action regardless. Because if you do nothing, nothing will happen and you will stay in that pain listed above. But you don’t have too … you get to choose every second, every minute, and hour of every day. CHOOSE YOU! You got this and we got you! SAY YES!
