Hey, everyone! 👋🏽 I’m Frances Page, also known as Miss Pumpkin and Ms. L & R. Louisiana raised me, and Houston is home. I’m a wife, mother of two sons, grandmother of six, and an entrepreneur building my next chapter with purpose. I’m the Founder and CEO of L & R Tax and Financial Services, an Electronic Return Originator (ERO), and a service bureau owner with more than 15 years in the tax industry. Teaching, sharing knowledge, and helping others turn confusion into clear next steps are at the heart of what I do. My experience extends beyond taxes. I spent 12 years as an over-the-road truck driver, and today I own a trucking company, focus on dispatching, and evaluate opportunities to put trucks back on the road. I also launched my DOT/non-DOT specimen collection business 11 months ago. My biggest strengths: Leadership, practical problem-solving, and real-world experience managing people, operations, and customer relationships across different industries. My biggest growth area: Consistent execution. I’m strengthening my marketing, improving lead follow-up, and building systems that help me finish what I start. My calendar and daily actions need to reflect the future I’m working toward. My next 90-day goals: Generate more consistent business revenue, increase my savings, sharpen my marketing strategy, and establish efficient systems for managing leads and clients. My long-term vision: Expand my service bureau, relaunch my credit repair company in February 2027, and retire from hands-on tax preparation by 2030. I’m here to learn, grow, and connect with business owners, mentors, and potential collaborators who value professionalism, honest feedback, and accountability. I’m ready to gain fresh perspectives, strengthen my business skills, and put what I learn into action. I bring practical experience, a willingness to share resources, and respect for people who follow through.
