I’m 70 on SS (was on SSDI) and my ex is 60 on WC for over a year. I believe he’s applying for SSDI. I know I have to wait until he’s 62 but what if he receives SSDI? He stopped paying alimony over 2 years ago and I’m struggling. I only receive $1600 per month. Thank you
