Monday - let's do this
If everything goes to plan, Monday mornings tend to be the easiest in our house... I know it's weird and probably not normal, but I think having Sunday the day to reset everything - laundry, hoovering and meal prep - everything seems to be to hand and ready to go. And I definitely, don't spend all of Sunday cleaning. That's a big no from me. Two hours maximum and not always in one sprint. With tools, systems, and now the boys are bigger, everyone pitching in with their share, Mondays are a smoother process. I don't have it all figured out, so how about sharing your Sunday prep hacks and we can see what streamlining we can all try out to see what fits for us? Pop your best 'making life easier for my future self' comments below and let's see how we can start every week off on the right foot 🥰

I spent years folding the boys' clothes but it wouldn't last a day usually. One raid for an emergency t-shirt and it would be undone. Rather than fight the system, I show them how I have folded clothes but for them, they have large boxes where they put the same type of clothes so they are responsible for their system even if they're not yet ready for consistent neat folding. Five-ish boxes on the floor and making a game of it, means that clothes are away rather than feeling defeated all the time!
Welcome to Your Next Chapter
Some weeks run you, where the urgent keeps burying the important, and nothing gets your best. This is a quiet place to change that. You're very welcome to be a part of our community: comment, vote, post, and take part in our monthly Coffee Hour (other beverages... and cake... are also welcome to make an appearance!). Catch up with the community as a whole. We share wins, woes and wonderful plans for the upcoming month, focusing on not being the last item on our own to-do list. You are also in the home of Your Next Chapter, a six-session programme that helps your weeks feel like yours again. You take one short session at a time, in your own time: choose an anchor to steady the week, name the real pressure, protect the few hours that hold everything together. To actually allow you to find the space you need, you have access to real tools that take off your plate rather than add to it: - The Life Planner empowers you; mapping your next 12 weeks within four minutes, so you finally have something that supports and cares for you just like you care for others. - Rehearse the conversations that matter with EchoGuide Pro - a real-time teleprompter that highlights your next words so you never get lost, with dyslexia-friendly fonts and colours, cues and playlists. - Monthly Community Check-ins where we celebrate wins, hacks, breakthroughs, and take the time to map our next month. - For VIP members, all of this, plus one-to-one meetings with Fliss, and access to… Today’s Chapter - an interactive journal where you can type - or better yet speak - your thoughts, plans and reminders on the go. The app will then organise and prioritise them, giving you a gentle morning reminder of what needs tackling first. All of those swirling plans that come to you when you haven’t got a pen to hand can be spoken or typed into your Today’s Chapter journal entry, then all the organising happens behind-the-scenes so it’s ready and waiting for you. And for those people who want to journal their thoughts and feelings on the go, it has a built-in diary feature, too.

Our Leaderboard
Your journey through the community has its own map. When you first arrive here, you're probably Scattered. That's not a criticism; it's just honest. Most of us come to a space like this carrying too many tabs open in our heads and not enough room to think clearly. The leaderboard levels aren't about competition. They're about recognition; a quiet acknowledgement that something is shifting for you the more you show up, contribute, and engage. Each level has a name because each stage of this process feels like something real. Scattered. Surfacing. Steadying. Clearing. Embedded. Expanding. Flourishing. Unfurling. Luminous. You earn points by posting, commenting, and being present. The levels will move when you're ready. There's no rush; the whole point of Your Next Chapter is that you get to decide the pace. What level feels true for you right now? Drop it in the comments.
