Any suggestions for doing practice coaching and getting private feedback? I'd like to do a couple of free sessions for fun and to find my strengths and weaknesses. I'm assuming the first few will be terrible but you gotta start somewhere. I don't want to use people I know because it's too awkward and there's always bias. I'm interested in general health, fitness promotion, women's health, peri-menopause, end of life care (for family members of terminally I'll patients) and addiction (swapping alcohol and drugs for endurance sportsπ). I wouldn't say I've expertise, but I've some experience. I'm not sure what will stick once I start seeing clients but off the top of my head that's stuff I've come across where I think I could offer some useful insight.
