Calories In Popular Takeaways
As we are heading into the weekend I feel this might be of use to anyone planning to have a takeaway and not quite sure how to go about tracking it or what the average calories might be in popular takeaway options. When you're tracking your calories you can sometimes feel like it's not possible to have meals like this but it's always possible! You can adjust your weekly calories by banking 1-200 per day in the lead up/days around the takeaway if you think you would struggle to fit it into your normal calories. Remember, your calories can have higher days and lower days (within reason) as long as they average your calorie target each week. Eg if my calorie target is 1800 per day, my week might look like this: M: 1600 T: 1600 W: 1600 T: 1700 F: 2000 S: 2200 S: 1900 Average is still 1800/day across the week.
