I am taking responsibility of my life
Now I am doing much better as I am working full time job and building myself to become better. I am slowly breaking my shell and talking to new people everyday. Every action I make will make a difference in my life. Life coaching is important because I want to help people who are dealing with grief, losing loved ones from terminal illness, surrounding myself with positivity and listening to myself more. I am proud of myself to becoming the person who I want to be.
Life Update
As I am going through grief, listening to myself, taking responsibility of my life and working towards being a life coach. There is many type of coach out. I chose to become a life coach to share my experience that I went through. Take time to figure out people growing pain and how I can help them. With the time off that I have, I have been writing down goals, need suggestions for podcast for everyday as I focus on my work. I have been taking care of myself because while working a job. I have been neglecting and focus on the negative and that's how I become unhappy. Positive side of things now. I am much happier, focusing on myself where I take control of my things and creating more content where I can be myself. Growth is important of life. Take control of that.

@Jo Smith thank you. I appreciate you
Life update: I need to do coaching
Recently I noticed that my job is giving me a lot of red flags. From checking my own social media without telling me and all of that. My own mental health isn't doing so well either. I have gotten sick from all the stress that I dealt with them. I need to do coaching to have income to buy back my time and life. Instead of working for others who is taking my happiness away. Dealing with toxic environment that will never change. Deal with people who pays for social media. Instead of doing things that authentic and fulfilled. This job is not worth it

@Christopher Trumble I will keep everyone updated in the future. Life is for living. Don't need toxic people to drag me down and hold on leash. Not worth it

Why you push people away...
Here's a tough question... Do you push people away before they can hurt you? It's okay if you do. Most people who struggle with relationships have this pattern. Maybe you: - Create problems to prove you're unlovable. - Or sabotage things when they start going well. - Try to control everything to feel safe. - Or you panic when your partner needs space. Sound familiar? Here's the thing... These aren't random behaviours. They're actually deeply rooted patterns. And if you don't fix them, they repeat. Over and over again. Making each relationship harder than the last. Until eventually... You start believing it's easier to just be alone. Now… Here’s the good news: These patterns can be traced back to specific experiences. (And no, I'm not talking about massive trauma.) Sometimes it's as simple as having your feelings dismissed as a child. Or growing up in a home where emotions weren't discussed. Small things... that created BIG patterns. And next week… I'm doing a free live training on this: The 3 Problems Stopping You Getting The Relationship You Deserve To show you exactly how to break these patterns for good. (In less than 90 days.) >>> Register here if you haven't already Why? Because if you don't fix these patterns now... They'll just keep getting stronger. Making it harder and harder to maintain healthy relationships. But it doesn't have to be that way. Join me next Saturday 18th October (one week from today)... And I'll show you how to stop pushing people away...
