Life update: I need to do coaching
Recently I noticed that my job is giving me a lot of red flags. From checking my own social media without telling me and all of that. My own mental health isn't doing so well either. I have gotten sick from all the stress that I dealt with them. I need to do coaching to have income to buy back my time and life. Instead of working for others who is taking my happiness away. Dealing with toxic environment that will never change. Deal with people who pays for social media. Instead of doing things that authentic and fulfilled. This job is not worth it

@Jay Barnett I'm working on it! I will do more on my off days as I'm getting better, I'm going through grief as well. I lost my mom 3 years ago and this year I lost my dad in December both hit hard. I felt numb. Few weeks ago, my boyfriend dog passed. Everything is adding up. Now I'm fully taking care of myself.

Congratulations!
Why you push people away...
Here's a tough question... Do you push people away before they can hurt you? It's okay if you do. Most people who struggle with relationships have this pattern. Maybe you: - Create problems to prove you're unlovable. - Or sabotage things when they start going well. - Try to control everything to feel safe. - Or you panic when your partner needs space. Sound familiar? Here's the thing... These aren't random behaviours. They're actually deeply rooted patterns. And if you don't fix them, they repeat. Over and over again. Making each relationship harder than the last. Until eventually... You start believing it's easier to just be alone. Now… Here’s the good news: These patterns can be traced back to specific experiences. (And no, I'm not talking about massive trauma.) Sometimes it's as simple as having your feelings dismissed as a child. Or growing up in a home where emotions weren't discussed. Small things... that created BIG patterns. And next week… I'm doing a free live training on this: The 3 Problems Stopping You Getting The Relationship You Deserve To show you exactly how to break these patterns for good. (In less than 90 days.) >>> Register here if you haven't already Why? Because if you don't fix these patterns now... They'll just keep getting stronger. Making it harder and harder to maintain healthy relationships. But it doesn't have to be that way. Join me next Saturday 18th October (one week from today)... And I'll show you how to stop pushing people away...

That is also so important! Behavioral can be so many things.
Arguing with your partner? (help inside)
If you've ever had a simple conversation turn into a massive argument... And you're tired of walking around on eggshells, worried about setting your partner off... Then this will help. Because here's what most people don't realise about toxic relationship patterns… Communication problems are the leading cause of ALL breakups. It usually starts small: - A bit of eye rolling. - Some walking away during conversations. - The dreaded "silent treatment". But it never stays small. Over time, things get worse. The defensiveness creeps in. The criticism builds up. And before you know it, you're in a toxic pattern that seems impossible to break. Maybe you're already there? Maybe you've started avoiding certain topics because you know they'll trigger an argument. Or your conflicts last for days instead of getting resolved. You feel like enemies rather than teammates. And that’s not even the scariest part. Because once contempt kicks in (that feeling of looking down on your partner)... You've got almost no chance of saving things. And the truth is... If you don't learn how to handle conflict properly... These patterns will keep getting worse. Until eventually your relationship breaks down completely. But there is hope. 89% of couples who learn healthy conflict resolution stay together. That's why I'm running a free live training this Saturday 18th October: “The 3 Problems Stopping You Getting The Relationship You Deserve… And How To Fix It Fast” Where I'll show you exactly how to break these toxic communication patterns. So you can finally stop walking on eggshells... And start having the peaceful, connected relationship you deserve. If you haven’t already… >>> Click here to register for free

I'm trying to figure out my relationship with my father. We haven't talked or visit since I got kicked out last December.
all niches are bad without THIS
(How to make $4k in 60 minutes on Zoom…) You can do all the hard work to pick a good niche: - A niche that has lots of potential clients with money to spend… - A niche where the clients are easy to find… - And a niche that's not in the process of being made obsolete by AI… HOWEVER… All of that will be for nothing if you get your OFFER wrong. In fact... You could pick the perfect coaching niche - one that's absolutely BOOMING right now (like relationship coaching)... And you'll STILL struggle to land clients if you don't have an offer clients actually want and are willing to pay at least $1,500 for. See, a great offer is something clients find easy to say "YES!" to, instead of "I'll think about it." Because it solves a specific problem they're fed up with... And gets them a specific outcome they're genuinely excited about. For example... COA user Aaron just pulled in $4k this week from three 20-minute consultation calls. Take a look at the attached... As you can see… When you have a great coaching offer, it pretty much sells itself... And you don't have to do lots of convincing and arm wrestling to get clients to buy. Instead, it’s not uncommon to sign new clients with 20 minute Zoom calls like Aaron is doing, after a bit of practice :-) So… I'm not sure if that interests you or not? But if it does, I'd like to invite you to my next live training session this Saturday 13th September. Because I'm getting together with some awesome new coaches to work on their niche and messaging... And helping them build a buyer-ready offer so they can land clients without needing a big audience. If you haven't already, you can register for free at the link below: >>> Get an easy "yes" offer you can sell for $1,500+
