I can't feel MOTS-C after SS-31. What am I doing wrong?
Just finished a 2 month cycle of SS-31 at 3mg per day. I just started MOTS-C today at 1mg. I don't feel anything from it. Is it something that takes time to feel? Or did I not do SS-31 long enough? Is there anyone else that doesn't feel MOTS-C? I bought a few vials of it and I wanna get some use out of it.

@David Furka I completed one Fox 04 cycle 2 weeks ago. I actually felt worse after the cycle. Maybe it does not work for me. I heard that Fox 04 DRI can make you feel better, but it can also make you feel worse as it is a very powerful one. On the other hand, I love SS-31. Still trying to see how I like Mots-C. I am interested in trying research Humanin.

Rookie mistakes I made. 🛑
Mistake 1: Mixing AOD-9604 with all bac water. ✅ No! It’ll gel :) mix 5mg of aod with 1.5ml bac and .5 acetic acid. Mistake 2: Mixing IGF1-LR3 with all bac water. ✅ NO! It’ll degrade in 3 days :). Needs a Ph around 5.4. Mix with approx 1.5 to 1.7ml bac and .5 to .3ml acetic acid Mistake 3. Mixing kisspetin with all bac water. ✅ MAYBE. Sometimes it will gel. Sometimes it won’t. I read that some pep’s best when taken in fasted state especially in the morning? Nad? Mots-C? Any of growth hormone ones?

@J Ritche I heard about Metformin prevent muscle growth. It is a controversial topic. I have been taking Metformin for years. I was worried about that. But I did grow muscle and lose fat (recomp) with my last Dexa Scan. So I may be okay. Maybe I can space out the time of training and taking Metformin. It may be challenging as I normally take it with my meals to avoid stomach upset.

@J Ritche that’s great for you! I have to lower my dose on Reta as I am underweight and I have difficulties gaining weight. I reduced my dose of Reta to only 200mcg (1-2 times per week) and I get full very quickly. So it does not provide much help on glucose levels. When I was taking Tirze at 2.5-3mg a week last year, I saw significant improvement on my glucose levels. This is a big challenge for me now. Have you done Dexa to see if you gain muscle before and after taking Metformin?
