This workout for those who are just starting or thinking about starting their journey. Fast and easy workout to begin with, do this for about 6-8 weeks together with portion meals and you should be all good, especially if your thinking of cutting the weight. Make sure to always resting the body as well when the body's is feeling fatigue.

This is our first session in for the year and as you can see I have the love to teach or train others. So in this clip im helping on of my own here to back on track with trainings as season is coming up. And this is one of many sessions I have done.

Kia ora, Talofa, Malo E Lelei, Bula Vinaka My name is Pule I'm one of the main admins on Taumafai Initiative, For those who don't know what we're all about here, we're just a small group we have decided to form our own run club, how we started this, one of the boys in our group was going through depression, insecure, and wasn't happy with what he was facing in life after falling off track with things in life, he came asked us for help and I said to him let's do it. From there myself had planned a session with him every once a week, no equipment no facilitie to work with this it wasn't a problem, we found ourselves a parking lot for once a week and we worked with that, we only began this journey from September til now. As we are on break I have thought about to open it out for my community and instantly I see skool pop up and I thought I'll give it a crack on this and show people what I love to do and I'm all about and help those to put them back on track with their life goals and journey, I love what I do with my group and it only took me one week to set this up for my group, now I want to expand it and make it a job and get my community to go the right direction to reach their goals. Its not about me it's not about you, it's all about the community and I'm willing to show it off on here. Hope to build some great memories as I build this one 🙂 #itsthebeginnningofanewera
