Happy Monday: It's TFM Time
It's TFM Time: Time for Me Isn't Selfish—It's Necessary When was the last time you intentionally made space for you? Not for your family. Not for your business. Not for your ministry. Not for everyone else's needs. For you? As women, we often become experts at showing up for everyone else while quietly placing ourselves at the bottom of our own priority list. We tell ourselves we'll rest after the next deadline, the next event, the next season, or when life finally slows down. But here's the truth: life rarely slows down on its own. If you don't schedule time to pause, reflect, and be renewed, you'll eventually find yourself running on empty. That's why TFM—Time for Me—matters. TFM isn't about escaping your responsibilities. It's about creating intentional moments to reconnect with yourself, with God, and with the vision He's placed inside you. It's giving yourself permission to breathe, think, pray, dream, and simply be. Sometimes TFM looks like sitting in a quiet coffee shop with your journal. Sometimes it's taking a walk while talking with God. Sometimes it's reading a book that pours back into you. Sometimes it's doing absolutely nothing without feeling guilty. The goal isn't productivity. The goal is restoration. When you make time for yourself, you return with greater clarity, renewed strength, and a healthier perspective. You make better decisions, lead with more patience, and serve from a place of overflow instead of exhaustion. Remember: You cannot continually pour into others if your own cup is empty. This week, don't wait until you're burned out to give yourself permission to pause. Schedule your TFM. Put it on your calendar. Protect it like any other important appointment. Because you are worth investing in. You matter. And the woman you're becoming deserves the time and space to grow. 💢This week's challenge: Schedule at least 30–60 minutes of TFM (Time for Me) before the week is over. Write it on your calendar. Honor the appointment. Protect the time.

I’ve been intentional about doing it once a week. I don’t have a set day yet but I do take time weekly.
