We currently have 2 house we are making into rentals here in St. Louis, Mo with the goal of having them on market by 10/1-10/15. We used Hard Money for purchase and then refinancing into a DSCR loan once stabilized. We also have a house we are going to put under contract either today or tomorrow. We will be starting the due diligence/inspection period immediately so we can get estimates etc. Using private money on this project! What are you doing to get your projects funded?
