Solid conversion for one week of outreach, congrats. Curious which channel got you the 22 requests, email, calls, or in person? The thing that's moved my demo-to-close rate the most is showing up with a rough version already built on their actual business, so the call becomes 'here's what tweaks we make' instead of 'imagine if'.

@Egor Khomchenko That makes sense. Door to door is heavy, but 2 sales from 10 meetings is already a real signal. For the 6 "later", I would not try to convince them from zero again. I would create one tiny follow-up asset for each type of business: "here is the exact workflow I would automate first, and what it could save weekly". Then the next touch is not "are you ready?", it is "I mapped the first implementation for your case". That usually makes the later people easier to re-open without sounding pushy.
