Life starts with knowing Allah. Before we can move forward, build, lead, decide. We have to stop and ask ourselves something honest: Who are you, really? Not your job title. Not what people expect from you. Who are you when no one's watching? This is where The Behavioural Compass™ begins — a 6-week framework we're walking through together, one piece a week, starting with Self-Assessment. Every decision we make is shaped by our Attitude. Attitude isn't a mood, it's built from two things: our Behavioural Patterns (what we do) and our Thinking Patterns (how we process). Most of us have never separated the two. We just call it "how I am." Here's what we believe: the Ummah doesn't lack capability. We lack the pause(quick pit stop). The moment of honest self-assessment before decision-making can commence. This week, before you build anything else "pause". Ask: Who are you? Not to judge yourself. To know yourself, so Allah's guidance actually has somewhere to land. Drop below: when you ask yourself that question honestly, what's the first word that comes up? We'll build on this next week.
