Have you ever used ChatGPT to help you on your fitness journey?
Something that has helped me a lot to lose fat and build muscle is using ChatGPT. People use it for their work but not for their fitness. I use it for both. I use it regularly to make sure I keep making good progress. Some things I have used it for are getting enough protein, preventing injuries in the gym and improving my sleep. Whenever something is not going right for me in fitness, I describe the situation to ChatGPT and come up with a solution to it. It's been really helpful for me.
