The Irony...😬
Universe has a funny way of putting things into practice... This week I've had to create a psychology intervention for entrepreneurs (uni work stuff), and my chosen subject was burnout... To put it simple, I had to create a program for entrepreneurs to recover from the burnout of running their business, and what they could do to avoid any future burnout... THE IRONY WAS THAT As soon as I submitted my assignment, I was so happy and felt a nice relief that I was done well on time... And by the evening time guess what happened... I started to feel all the burnout "symptoms"😒 And if that was not enough... I caught an ugly fly as well... I guess the universe is trying to tell me that now that I have created that intervention... maybe it's time to actually put it in practice... Hm... funny ways But... if you want to know how burnout feels like Here are the common symptoms: - Emotional exhaustion and feeling mentally drained - Persistent stress and difficulty switching off from work - Reduced motivation and loss of enthusiasm for the business - Feeling overwhelmed by responsibilities and decision-making - Increased irritability or frustration - Reduced sense of accomplishment or effectiveness - Difficulty concentrating or making decisions - Withdrawal from work or avoidance of tasks - Cynicism or negative attitudes toward the business - Physical fatigue and reduced energy levels Not fun at all... Did any of you ever experienced this? If you did... how did you manage it?
The Irony...😬
@Daisy Johnson yeah I had the full package burn out plus survival mode.😅 I find that when I am surrounded by people who are supporting is very helpful. So nice we watched the summit 😍😍😍
@Q Riaz Are you asking about Tony Robins seminar? He magically can change your state and energy. It wasn't about burnout, but in general that we can change any state we are in, and it starts with moving our body.
Where Have I Been?👀
This week I went on a short holiday abroad, but I was not completely away from my daily activities. I am not sure if all of you are aware, but I am now due to finish my psychology studies and this end of the academic year is a tough one with many studies and much work to do. And this week, while I was enjoying the quietness and lovely views of France country side, I also had to study and create a psychology intervention for entrepreneurs - which sparked the 💡 - and I want to ask for your opinion... Since my background and experience are in mindset and performance, and what I have applied until now worked so well with my clients... would you lovely people be interested or find it beneficial if I hold regular weekly workshops to help you with mindset for business performance? Please let me know your honest opinion on this☺️

I did feel your absence 🥹 But I hope you had a great time abroad! Share some pictures💛 And I always like to hear your input about mindset, so valuable🦄🧠
This Happened On The VIP Call✨️
The power of the live calls, where we all come together to share, learn, and support eachother. Today on our call @Q Riaz asked for support around her money mindset, and @Felicia-Dana-Patricia Perde was so kind to share a new perspective that Q can adopt, to help her overcome this block. It's so lovely to see when members of this community connect and support eachother ✨️

Love these calls and the connection😍🌸
Help Me Get This Right!🤔
So I'm seeing more and more communities here on Skool leaning on to the "fun" side of doing business. Their content and posts in the community are less about the main subject of the community, but more about any other subjects, and with a fun twist as well. The 2 best examples of communities are The Skool Hub and Goosify. The community owners are great people, and they certainly know how to build a community and keep it alive, but when you look through what people discuss in there, it is less about the business side and more about "friend gathering time". Now, I am curious what do you lovely people think about this type of community culture? Do you apply the "fun part" in your community? Are you part of other communities with this type of culture? and if so, what do you think about it? Are you attracted by it, or are you looking for communities that go straight to the point? I personally think that some fun it is beneficial to the culture and business side, and it is also good to discuss other topics outside the business, because it helps the members to know each other better and to create a nice connection. But honestly, I am not the type of person who would go all out on the fun side, and have all happy bubbly themes in my community😬
Help Me Get This Right!🤔
For me at the stage that I am in my life and in my business, I can't keep up with all the posts in those group and agree that some of them are nonsense. Although a good joke is nice to have even not related to the theme. I noticed that posts about community or asking for some advise don't get even noticed sometimes 😄👀 and now I am in learning and figuring out season where I need support more than anything. I guess when I will have more things figured out, I can be more active and spend time to connect with people just hanging around there. If I think from a community member at the moment my opinion is 30% fun, 35% teachings 35% interactive ( questions opinions) At the end of the day, we all find and stay where we resonate more🥰
Who Are You?🤔
Hey lovely people! Do you ever feel like you just "know" people, but in reality, you actually don't know much about them? This community is here to help you grow your business, but also for networking... and networking starts with the first basic step... getting to know each other. So through this post I'd like to encourage you all to share something about yourself, the person behind the business, who we don't see here on Skool... and also, a fun fact about yourself😁 Let's learn about each other and celebrate each other ✨ @Felicia-Dana-Patricia Perde @Iris van der Stelt @Q Riaz @Shawn Kitzman @Zona Lord @Kate Capelli @Serena DAfree @Sue Black @Charity Muhammad @Daisy Johnson @Ann Nickell @Tommy Hansen
Who Are You?🤔
I love the question who you are Usually when we get asked this, we answer the first thing we associate ourselves with, but I think we are so much more. I still try to answer this to myself)) so until then... I will just say I am a mom, a wife, who just started to truly discover herself. I also thought I was an introvert, but now analysing I can see that it is because of some past wounds. So not sure anymore))) I like comedy movies, jokes (although didn't laugh as much in the past years because was too much stress) I like to crochet, to do funny dances. Fun fact: doesn't come to mind anything at the moment, but will come back to this thread if anything will remember Maybe a fun thing can be that I really love to meet people, new or the ones I know and enjoy so much talking, but when it comes to the actual day or call to see them then I have thoughts of cancelling and not attending the meetup. 🙈
