What are some fun activities that you have done with your kids? I recently have been showing my 3 year old how and what I cook everyday. He loves it! He has bible coloring books, and loves going on outings. Our city does membership passes for cheap so I have taken advantage of those... like the zoo, seaworld, etc. But I know that's not something we can do everyday. Share some fun activities or stories!🥰

When it comes to raising children or our life in general, are we setting appropriate boundaries? In the physical world, boundaries are easy to see. Many of us see boundaries as restrictions, but really they are there for protection, safety, and security. God also set boundaries for himself. God is unchanging. Malachi 3:6-I, the Lord, will not change. God does not lie. Numbers 23:19- "God is not a man, so he does not lie. He is not human, so he does not change his mind. Has he ever spoken and failed to act? Has he ever promised and not carried it through?" Boundaries are there to make our lives better. Our kids may struggle with this at times, but don't we all? Have a beautiful and blessed day!

When we see our kiddos doing something positive or great, celebrate it! What gets celebrated, will get repeated.

Words mirror our heart. Out of the overflow of the heart, the mouth speaks. Sarcasm comes from insecurity, uplifting words come from a thoughtful heart. Gentle words-loving... Encouraging words-joyful... This is so important when it comes to our children. Lets be "bucket filler" parents, fill up their buckets with encouragement and love as well as healthy discipline.
