Goldilocks & the Notes Apps... (See you Thursday ~ LIVE)
𝙩𝙡𝙙𝙧; 𝙗𝙚 𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙚𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙮 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙤𝙬! You know how Goldilocks kept trying note-taking apps until she found the one that was *just right*? {Btw, I'm Goldilocks in this story - notes apps have been an ongoing saga for me and my ADHD brain.) I've tried DOZENS over the years... Notion = too many options for my ADHD brain Evernote = too dated and too expensive (and I dont love their AI features) Apple Notes = too meh - just average Airtable = powerful, but not a notes app Google Drive = fine, but can you really find anything? (uh, no) Bear = good for markdown files, but no folder structure Reflect = Good but not great Asana = Good but not even a notes app Agenda = it's nice but again - just not quite right (𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘐 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘰𝘧 𝘰𝘧𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘰𝘱 𝘰𝘧 𝘮𝘺 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘥) I basically gave up on finding the *just-right* notes app. And it wasn't until Claude launched Cowork and the whole "local computer situation" became a thing - that I realized the ONE NOTES APP I had never tried was the one I'd fall in love with. I'm talking about Obsidian. And here's why it's different: Obsidian isn't just a great notes app. It's the best way I've found to give Claude a home base for your business. When you set it up the right way, you create a "one source of truth" system for your AI to operate from. And I'm going to show you how I use it - TOMORROW! 𝐎𝐁𝐒𝐈𝐃𝐈𝐀𝐍 𝟏𝟎𝟏 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐔𝐃𝐄 ~ 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 Thursday, July 2nd ~ 11am PT / 2pm ET This is a live training and it FREE! 𝗦𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗧 👉

Sounds great! I'm so similar on the Goldilocks and notes apps! Really wanted to like Notion, but just thought it was too overwhelming. I like my Apple Notes app but it's hard to find things sometimes.

Whoa! Great news!!! I hadn't used it the first time it came out, so I'm glad I'll get another chance! Was there anything in particular that you liked about Fable over the old versions, @Wendy Breakstone ?

Hi @Wendy Breakstone! Yes, it's just me and I have no VA's or contractors, so I definitely would say I'm a solopreneur 😊
Let's take a deep breath...CustomGPTs aren't dead.
OpenAI dropped something called Workspace Agents ~ and the AI experts immediately decided that CustomGPTs were DONE. FINISHED. Sent to the AI graveyard.🪦 That's not what OpenAI said... (at all.) 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬? Workspace Agents are built for internal business teams ~ think shared workflows, company operations, Slack integrations. They're not designed for what you're building. They're not client-facing. They're not your AI Co-Coach. These are NOT a replacement for your frontend, client-facing CustomGPTS, AI-Assistants, or AI Co-Coaches that support your offers or programs or low-ticket offers. In my opinion, CustomGPTs [no matter what you call them] are still one of the fastest and easiest ways to give your clients and students 24/7 access to your methodology, your frameworks, and your voice ~ without you having to be online, available, or answering the same question for the 47th time. But here's the bigger picture, friends... Even if OpenAI decides 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘥𝘢𝘺 to ditch CustomGPTs altogether (which I do not believe is happening anytime soon) ~ the strategic work you've done building them is not lost. It's not wasted. It's not going anywhere. The instructions, frameworks, and methodologies you've built into your AI tools are your intellectual property. You can transfer it. You can rebuild it on Pickaxe, RadGenius, or a vibe-coded platform like Zite. This is exactly why I teach you to build AI-Assistants the right way ~ with your IP at the center, not a platform. Platforms come and go. Your expertise doesn't. So before you let a headline derail you ~ remember the why behind what you're building... You're building business tools that give your clients 24/7 support without you. Where your methodology doesn't live only in your head. Where you can take a break ~ and your business keeps moving. But the question I keep getting is: "𝙒𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙮, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙙𝙤 𝙄 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩?"

I had heard this too over the weekend (that CustomGPTs are dead), so I'm glad you put up this timely post!! 😄 I'm not done using them in my biz yet!!
