What are the top and best questions to ask Lonnie Dealers in potential park purchases when doing due diligence?

If they plan to rent/sublease. Are they going to move the home out of the park? Will they make sure to never sell a home without first getting the buyer park-approved

Mobile Home for Sale GA
Anyone know someone (lonnie dealer, investors, end owner) who would be interested in buying a double wide in a park in GA? I have a tenant who is looking to move and I am trying to help her find a buyer. In transparency the home will need some work and can't be moved.
