We’re living at a very fast pace, with things that once took days are happening in seconds. But in the midst of all this movement, you may notice that there’s something in your own life that isn’t moving. You have to ask yourself: Why? Why is this not moving? Name it. Find it. Face it. And move it. Because in a world that is constantly moving forward, you cannot afford to remain stuck in the same place. Many things have to shift.

I follow a lot of other coaches on here. Only a small fraction of them post. Many of those who do will only post the exercise for responsibility for the obligatory 90 days, while others continue the exercise. I believe that this is one way of staying involved and interactive with the community which can help in maintaining focus. An even smaller portion of people will share their experiences, insite, and inspiration with others. I know some coaches who stopped being involved with the community because they weren't seeing meaningful involvement and interaction from others, but it's there. The thing is that it's only coming from a few people. This is exactly why I follow a lot of people. It allows my algorithms to show me the wisdom coming from other coaches. Whether or not you decide to continue coaching professionally, this is a program is transformative and I strongly recommend continuing for your own personal enrichment. Now, start following people and share your own ideas.

I learn easily and effortlessly when learning new things because I am powerful beyond all measure. Okay I’ve been a bit slack with posting daily. I have been a bit busy with work and travel and getting back into the gym and pumping weights again. It’s been so good! Getting my body summer and beach ready 🙂.
