When was the last time you ended a day feeling FULL — not just finished? Not just "I got through it." Not just "I survived the to-do list." But genuinely full. Energized. Like you spent your day on PURPOSE. If you're struggling to remember — this is for you. Here's something I want you to sit with: You are not short on time. You are short on BOUNDARIES around your time. Think about your average day. Be honest with yourself: 👉 How much of it was spent doing things that lit you up? 👉 How much was spent doing things out of guilt, obligation, or habit? 👉 How many hours went to people who pour INTO you — vs. people who only come to take? 👉 When did YOU last make it onto your own priority list? This is not about being selfish. This is about being INTENTIONAL. Because here's the truth nobody wants to say out loud: Drained people don't build big lives. Drained people don't show up fully for the people they love. Drained people don't pursue the things that were placed inside them on purpose. The things that DRAIN you will always compete for your time. They are loud. They are urgent. They are convincing. The things that ENERGIZE you — your purpose, your passions, your peace — those things are quieter. They wait. They're patient. And if you're not intentional, you will spend your whole life serving the loudest thing in the room instead of the most important thing in your soul. So today I want to challenge you to do ONE thing: Write down 3 things in your life that consistently drain you — people, habits, or obligations. Then write down 3 things that consistently make you feel alive. Now ask yourself: which list is getting more of your time? That answer will tell you everything. Drop a 🔥 if this hit home. I read every comment. Your BIG life Coach, FM Ellis
