Update for tonight
Hello beautiful people I’ve just got back into reception after a beautiful few days at Torus Ouroboros Apologies for any inconvenience with the late notice, but I will not be back in time to run a class this evening I will update live sessions over the next few days so that we can gain consistent practice with the breath I also have some recordings that I will share with you very soon Reach out if you need anything or have any questions otherwise I will send updates Through over the coming days .

30 day challenge AM practice
I just completed the AM practice at the beach. Not quite first thing in the morning but so beautiful to breathe in nature. The recording, guidance and musical journey is amazing. Much gratitude to you Luke and Mitch and anyone else involved 🙌🙏⭐

Hey beautiful humans, I have uploaded last nights recording into the classroom, right down the bottom. It has the option of watching the FULL VIDEO or you can skip to the start of the practice by clicking the time in the section. Or you have the option to listen to the AUDIO only file. Wim Hof Method breathing is a really powerful practice, I am also aware it can be challenging to practice consistently at the beginning, so remember your WHY. Why did you want to breathe? Why did you join the program? Keep coming back to your deeper why and stay with your breath. And reach out with any questions or if you need some guidance, support, motivation, love etc.

@Luke McLean i feel happy with myself that I have been consistent in doing the am and pm practices and I feel its helped through some challenging emotional pain that arose. The 30 day challenge arrived with divine timing in that regard. I felt more balanced and have found it easier to find some happy moments.
