Talk It Out: The Hardest Part of Pricing 💲
Let's talk pricing, because this trips up a lot of us. 💲 What is the hardest part about getting someone to pay for what you offer? Is it saying the price out loud? Is it knowing what to charge? Is it feeling like you have to prove yourself first? Talk to me. Pricing is not just math. It is confidence, clarity, and knowing who you are actually helping.

Asking for it, LOL
Tuesday Tip: Be Organized 🗂️
Moment of transparency: I have been learning how to build systems in Claude and in ChatGPT at the same time, and doing both at once means a lot of files. Keeping them organized was taking up space and my sanity. So for the last couple of days I have been organizing, redoing my folders, and creating a method that keeps me intact. I may have been a little quiet in here, but I am here. If you have any questions, just ask.

I just sent you an inbox on FB about this last night @Sabrina Nichols Johnson. I will follow up.
Let’s Talk About What’s Happening BEHIND the Content 👀
Y’all, I’ve been working on something behind the scenes, and it’s changing how I think about running my business. Not another AI image. Not another fancy prompt. SYSTEMS. I’ve been working on getting my AI tools to help with the things that take up so much time. Planning content. Organizing what needs to get done. Scheduling posts. And making sure things actually get completed. I’ve even been testing how my AI assistants can work together so I’m not manually doing every little thing. Now, that doesn’t mean I’m handing over my creativity or letting AI make every decision. It means I’m figuring out how to spend LESS time managing everything and MORE time doing what I actually enjoy. And I’m still learning as I go! If you could take ONE repetitive task off your plate with AI, what would it be? 👀

I don't want to be on social media at all. It's so time consuming
Prompt I used for my character sheet.
Here are the pictures I used to build my character sheet. These started as real pictures of me. I asked Chat to change the background and put me in a black bodysuit so my shape was easier to see. Soft glam makeup. I chose different angles and expressions to give it more references for my videos. Front, both sides, back, three-quarter views, smiling, looking down. That’s why my prompt has so much detail. You can start with fewer pictures. Tweak the prompt to match what YOU upload. Tell it to use only the poses you provide. The details help preserve your face, body shape and features. Once you have your base sheet, you can use it as a reference for different outfits and scenes. Keep your individual photos too. Those close-ups come in handy. 🖤 Create a high-resolution photographic BASE CHARACTER REFERENCE SHEET in landscape 16:9 format using all uploaded reference images. Use the highest available resolution. Keep every face clear and readable. This sheet will serve as her reusable identity and body reference for future clothing, pose and scene changes. REFERENCE PRIORITY Use the facial close-ups to preserve her facial identity, hair, skin tone, makeup and individual expressions. Use the four full-body references to preserve her body proportions and front, left-facing profile, back and right-facing profile views. Include every supplied reference once. Preserve the distinct angle, gaze, pose and expression shown in each image. Every panel must depict the same woman. IDENTITY PRESERVATION Maintain her recognizable facial structure, face width and length, forehead, hairline, eyebrows, eye shape and spacing, nose, cheeks, lips, jawline and chin. Preserve her apparent age, natural facial asymmetry, skin tone, undertone, facial marks and realistic skin texture. Match the forehead retouch already shown in the edited references while retaining natural pores and texture. Do not redesign, beautify, idealize, age, de-age or substitute a similar-looking woman. HAIR AND MAKEUP Match her locs exactly as shown in the references, including color, gray roots, texture, length, density, volume, curled ends and existing hair jewelry.
