@DeShanie Wade Hi Coach Wade, My name is Coach Fay, and I coach a majorette dance team called the Khaotic Dancing Divas. We just started two months ago, so this is also our first year. To be honest, I’m facing some of the same challenges you mentioned. What helps me is reminding parents that this is truly something their kids want to do, and that their support is key to helping the dancers grow and stay committed.
