Danial, With all due respect, I would take great exception with the core assumption of your argument. You're saying ... "I have a feeling the world will be their authentic selves spiritually again in Europe, Asia and Africa when they go back to their native and indeginous beliefs that pre-existed Christianity and Islam that have robbed them of their original beliefs instead of following foreign religions of Christianity and Islam which neither of them have anything to do with being Indo-European beliefs" ... and to that, I have to very much disagree. I guess inherent in that overall assumption, I hear echoes of the idea of the Noble Savage. That is - that things were so great in so many countries before Christianity came in, destroyed the native beliefs, which were so much better, and messed things up. It's the idea that things were so much better back then. I'll give you one good example of how that's simply not true -- The Waoranis and the Huaoranis (collectively known as the Auca People) of the Amazon Rainforests of Ecuador. Operation Auca is a famous well known incident that happened in 1956. Five Christian missionaries led by Jim Elliot were murdered by the Waorani when they went to evangelize them. Later, the wives of those men became missionaries to those same people (the ones who'd murdered their husbands) and eventually the entire tribe converted to Christianity. Now according to the Auca themselves, they say that life is so much better for them since they've given their hearts to Jesus. For thousands of years before that, the two tribes had been in a seemingly endless cycle of brutal, savage, war between them. They do not say that life was better for them back then. For them, accepting Jesus has healed the rift between the two peoples. It ended the fighting and brought peace to them. This idea that life was so much better in Europe, in Africa, etc. before Christianity, honestly isn't true. There's a reason that many people choose Christianity. Many find themselves experiencing a great sense of freedom and liberty. For them beforehand, whatever god or religious system they were under ... those people felt the weight of living under a religious system. In some cases, the payment that was demanded in some of those systems involved human sacrifice. They were in an endless cycle of Religion, trying to figure out -- what must I do in order appease this god or goddess in order to merit favor and become worthy of the afterlife. Authentic Biblical Christianity is not about "What Must I Do?" ... it's about "It's already been done FOR YOU." That's why it spread like crazy in the 1st Century ... and why it's spreading like crazy inside Iran today, for that matter.
