I talk to a lot of people in this community who have the career - the title, the salary, the LinkedIn profile that looks exactly right. And somewhere in a drawer, or a corner of the apartment, or a folder on their desktop, there's the work that actually matters to them. The art. Not as a hobby. Not as a "someday" plan. But as something that feels more like the real job than the job does. The question I keep hearing underneath everything is: can these two worlds actually coexist - or do I have to eventually choose? I have a strong opinion about this. But first I want to hear where you are. What's the thing that's keeping the art on the side instead of at the center?
