Northwest virtual office and Mercury
Has anyone here used the Northwest virtual office (not just a virtual mailing address) for their LLC? If so, was it accepted by Mercury without any issues?

I have a friend in the US who is willing to let me use his residential address for my company. However, I wouldn’t feel comfortable using that address publicly (for example on my website footer or on a Google Business Profile). Is it possible to structure things like this: - Use my friend’s residential address as the company address for legal/banking purposes - Use a virtual office address for business presence (website, contact page,Google business profile etc.) Has anyone done something similar or knows if this setup is acceptable? Thanks a lot!

@Paola Moreno Thanks! Just to make sure I understood correctly: when forming the LLC, is it okay if I only use my friend’s residential address and not the virtual office address at all? Then after the company is formed, I would get a virtual office and use that as my public business address (for my website, contact page, etc.). Would that still be fine for platforms like Stripe as well, or could having different addresses later cause any issues?
