Hi all, what is the standard method in n8n to 'remember' items that have already been processed? My workflow runs on a schedule to fetch the latest item, but I only want to trigger an action the very first time an item is seen to avoid sending duplicate notifications. Thanks!

Hello dear community, I currently have a new project idea, but I haven't been able to find much on the internet yet. There is definitely some visual material, but not of the quality needed for learning. I'm playing with the idea of automating Discord news. The goal is to get information using either a webhook or an HTTP request node, process it, and then post it to my Discord channel.
