What do y'all do on those EXTREMELY sore days?
I've been taking magnesium glycinate and using a heating pad, but after calf raises on Monday, I've been hobbling around on my tiptoes for days. 😂 Do you have any recovery tips that actually help, or is this one of those things where you just have to suffer through it until the soreness goes away? I'd love to hear what's worked for you!
