Understanding and being understood
These days I was talking to a friend about boundaries. You know, when we have to set boundaries, and how challenging it can be... For many years I had the feeling that everytime I would set my boundaries, the other side was not actually understanding. And I though that I had a big problem with communication. Like it was obvious that I couldn't communicate properly! I would say one time, second time... and so it goes until... I collapsed and frustration and anger comes out. And it is not pretty to experience. And on the other side, it would be like "Ah, I had no idea that this bodered you so much...". And in my mind I questioned, REALLY? I think the experience that helped to understand all this dynamic was: I lived in the city more that I should. And I know it because my body was collapsing. And every time I would communicate this with close friends they would try to support by finding different ways that I could experience that moment. And so I though that the problem was me. Now, I live in the mountains, away from the city, where the most amazing things that I feel good about are being surrounded by nature and the silence. And my body started to relax, and I started to come back to myself. And my friends could see it clearly. And the the answer came, they would try to help me according to their own experiences. And this was mind blowing! Two things I realised, it is pretty difficult for us to be total neutral and give advice or support according to what the other person is sharing, and, if we don’t go inwards to really get to know ourselves we will continue to follow other people's vision on life and experiences, but not our own! Does this makes sense to you?

Less is More
We always want more! More movement, more friends, more money, bigger house, more and more... And in this wanting, in this asking for more we forget how to live in the present moment. The life that we want to achieve starts today! And today, there is a lot to be grateful for. It is about being more and not doing more. When we truly dedicate some time to appreciate what we have around us and within us in this present moment, peace comes. The body relaxes and we understand that being grateful is a beautiful and powerful way of elevating our energy. The more we are grateful, the more we receive it back. Abudance in all its layers comes from being grateful about what we already have. Tell me, what are you grateful for? 🦋

@Devon Rose beautiful! It is very interesting because normally we tend to complain about the rain. 🤭 I'm so grateful for waking up every morning and choose the life that I want to live and really enjoying it. I'm grateful to live in beautiful place, that brings me so much peace, that I can be in touch with animals ans nature everyday. I'm grateful for all the people that I have the opportunity to share moments, memories... And I'm grateful to have you here :) present in this little corner of internet! ✨️🌞

What looks simple can be extraordinary🦋
Some choices may look simple from the outside, yet hold an enormous amount of courage within them. Changing careers to follow what truly excites you. Making time for what brings you joy, even when life feels full. Moving to another country and beginning again. Choosing solitude so that you can hear yourself more clearly. Working with your emotions. Asking for help. Beginning therapy. There are other quiet forms of courage too: saying “no” without guilt, leaving a relationship or environment that no longer respects you, creating a boundary, allowing yourself to rest, starting again after disappointment, admitting that you need support, or letting yourself be a beginner at something new. We often minimise these choices because they do not always come with applause, dramatic announcements, or immediate results. But each one asks for awareness, vulnerability, and a willingness to stop living on autopilot. Not every extraordinary change looks dramatic from the outside. Sometimes it begins with an honest “no,” a difficult conversation, a therapy session, a small step, or the decision to stop abandoning yourself. Take a moment today to recognise one quiet change you have already made — or one that you know is asking to begin. It may look small. But it may be changing the direction of your whole life. What is one quiet act of courage that deserves to be acknowledged today?

Books that opened the door within me
Books can meet us at exactly the moment we are ready to see something differently. They do not do the inner work for us, but they can give us language for what we are feeling, challenge the beliefs we have accepted without question, and open a door to a more conscious way of living. One of the first books that had a truly powerful impact on me was The Code of the Extraordinary Mind by Vishen Lakhiani. At that time, it invited me to question the ideas, expectations, and rules I had absorbed about life — and to consider that I could choose more consciously what I wanted to believe and create. Into the Magic Shop by James R. Doty was another meaningful read. It is a beautiful reminder of the connection between the mind, the heart, intention, and the way we choose to meet life. More recently, The Courage to Be Disliked by Ichiro Kishimi and Fumitake Koga offered a powerful reflection on responsibility, freedom, and the courage to stop living only through the expectations of others. These books did not give me a final answer. They gave me better questions. They helped me pause, look within, and take more responsibility for the life I am creating. Sometimes a book does not change your life in one moment. Sometimes it simply helps you remember what you already knew, but had forgotten how to hear. I would love to know: which book has supported your path of self-awareness or opened a new door within you?

Waiting for a sign
How many times do we wait for something to happen before finally making a decision? We wait for someone to tell us what to do. For the right opportunity to appear. For the relationship to change. For the fear to disappear. For life to send us such a clear signal that it's no longer possible to postpone what we know we need to do. And sometimes, we also wait for someone to come and save us. To show us the way, make the difficult decisions for us, and free us from what we feel we can't face. But the truth is, no one can live our lives for us. We can receive support, guidance, love, and inspiration. We can ask for help when we need it. But the choice to act, to change, to say "yes," to say "no," and to start over belongs to us. Taking responsibility doesn't mean blaming ourselves for everything that happens to us. Nor does it mean believing that we control the world, people, or circumstances. It means recognizing that, even when we don't control what happens outside of us, we can choose how we respond and the next step we take. > Life begins to change when we stop waiting for someone to save us and start trusting the person who can take the reins: ourselves. Perhaps the sign you've been waiting for won't come from outside. Perhaps it's the part of you that already knows it's time to choose, to move, and to build the path you want to take. Today, ask yourself: What decision have I been postponing while waiting for something—or someone—who can never choose for me?
