Book of the month
Hey guys you got to check out this book called "Discover Your Destiny with the Monk Who sold His Ferrari by Robin Sharma". I read it last month and it changed my way of thinking from them on. Its about a monk who meets Robin and helps him to look at the world in a different way by the Sevan Stages of Self-Awaking. Stage 1: Living a Lie. Stage 2: The Choicepoint Stage 3: Awareness of Wonder and Possibility. Stage 4: Instruction from Masters. Stage 5: Transformation and Rebirth. Stage 6: The Trial. Stage 7: The Great Awakening of Self. Of course there's more to it but I don't want to ruin it for you guys. If you anyone here has read it already let me know what you think of it. Again I really do recommend this book. Trust me it will change you but don't just read it. Study it and do what ir says. It will help you grow mentally.

It's a cold or hot day. You don't want to get up at 5am to workout or go to work. You want to stay in bed to sleep a little longer but than you remember YOUR ALIVE. I know I'm alive so what? So what!? So many people didn't wake up this morning so many people didn't get a chance to go to sleep tonight. Your probably thinking yeah but the people I know and care about are still here. Bro they won't be there forever. They can die in a car crash at any moment or have a heartache, you name it. The person that you hurt today might not wake up tomorrow. Never say something to someone you love that you will regret. When you feel like not to workout. Dude you get to workout. A lot of people can't see, don't have legs or arms. You get to workout. So don't waste it. You feel like not working out? Remember you get to workout. Your hurt someone in some way that you care about? Remember, they won't be there forever. Never forget, life is short and tomorrow might come for you but not for some else.

Hey everyone your already almost a month in to 2025. Are you 1% better than last year? Are you going after your goals that you said you were or are you still waiting for the "right moment"? This is your year. I know you can do it. Stay consistent and don't ever give. Enough waiting. Go and show the world what your made of.
