Quick question!
What's the ONE thing you find yourself writing (or needing to write) over and over again for your Skool? Posts? Welcome DM? Your About page? Something else? Drop it below... I'm creating something and I want to make sure it's ACTUALLY helpful! πŸ₯°
Quick question!
Lost my flame! Here's what I'm feeling
Relieved! Weirdly, yes, relieved. While I do like having a little flame next to my name (it's fun, OK). I actually felt a sense of relief when I just noticed (like 5mins ago) that I lost it yesterday. 2 activities short. But I feel happy because when I look back on yesterday, I was... - with my kids - watching a fun show with my husband - cooking a delicious dinner - literally not thinking about making sure I hit "10 activities for the day" This may not mean anything to many people. But I don't actually work every single day, at the moment. I have 3 kids under 4. Life is pretty unpredictable. And I'm in a mix of mum & work mode a lot of the time. So it feels kind of... nice... to lose the flame. Now I don't have any weird pressure to keep it up. I'm sure I'll get competitive again (with myself, lol) and try to get it back. But for now, I'm good. πŸ˜… Curious: Have you ever got the flame then lost it?

@Mary Nunaley in this community? I thought I had it set at level 2. That’s to protect members from the awful sleazy scammers from DMing everyone 🫠🫠🫠

πŸ‘‹ Welcome + Introduce Yourself
I'm Elise β€” conversion copywriter of 8+ years and the person who grew this community from 0 to 500 members in 21 days (largely on the back of a really good About page 😏). I built Skool Copy Hub for Skool community owners who know what their community is about… but can't quite explain it clearly enough to get people to actually JOIN. πŸ‘‡ YOUR NEXT STEPS: 1. Comment below and introduce yourself β†’ What's your community about and who's it for? (Drop a link if you've got one!) 2. Grab the FREE Ultimate Skool About Page Template in our START HERE section β†’ it's the fastest way to write (or fix) a page that actually converts. 3. πŸ”“ UPGRADE TO PREMIUM β†’ This is where the real growth happens. You'll get: - βœ… The full Skool Growth Blueprint β†’ the 4-part system to grow and monetise your community - βœ… The 5-Day Grow Your Skool Sprint β†’ more members through the door, fast - βœ… Every premium template, training, and prompt in the classroom - βœ… Direct copy reviews + feedback so you know exactly what to fix next If you're serious about turning your About page visitors into paying members, this is the tier that gets you there. πŸ‘‰ UPGRADE HERE! RULES: Because this is my house and YES, there are a few rules to keep this a beautiful, SAFE space for everyone. - No AI slop. You can use AI to HELP you write stuff. I use AI all the time! That's fine. BUT please make sure it makes SENSE. If it is just clear copy-and-paste AI comments or posts that don't make sense or even have YOU in it, then it'll be removed. We like to have REAL conversations here :) - No pitching to other members in the DMs. You are WELCOME to share about your offers on posts where I invite you to OR if it comes up in conversation in a comment thread, and feels natural and helpful. But if it's just a random hard pitch, it'll be removed. That's not kind or helpful to anyone.

@Marie L Green hi!! I’m so glad you’re here. This sounds like a beautiful community. It’s something I’d love to learn how to do.
Day 1!
Hi, I'm Lindsey, and I'm finally getting started with the Grow Your Skool Sprint! I just completed Day 1: about page updated! βœ… (I've legit been working on this all day!! Mostly creating a new VSL) I help women who know they make good money but have nothing to show for it to break the cycle of financial stress, master their budget using YNAB (a money app), and finally build a peaceful, confident relationship with their money inside my community, The Empowered Money Circle. Here's a before and after of my about page text (forgot the full before screenshot πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ€£ But I had a meh VSL and no testimonials.) πŸ‘‡ See the live page here πŸ‘‰ https://www.skool.com/the-empowered-money-circle-9199/about My thoughts/questions: The VSL ended up being 6:30 long, is that too much? As an outsider, is there anything unclear or that feels like lingo/jargon? Is there anything you feel is missing? Thanks so much!!
Day 1!

The main question that comes to me is: Does everybody know what YNAB is? Because that would stop me from joining even though I’m sure there are many things that you could help me with. I wonder if it might be possible to talk about YNAB within your Skool but not on the outside.

@Lindsey Ciarrocca I get you! I guess the question is: Do you teach the TOOL or do you teach BUDGETING using the tool? Because if the MAIN thing you do is teach budgeting, then it could be uneccessarily deterring people who really want to learn budgeting and would be open to whatever tool you teach (just aren't educated around the tool you teach). I would be curious about testing removing the messaging around YNAB, if I were in your shoes!
