Glimmer activity. ✨
Pax and I are making soil blocks today to raise seedlings for our permaculture property. I looooooove it as it’s a never ending glimmer. 🤩 Playing in dirt, raising food, hanging out with my buddy?!? Best feeling ever.🥳 What activities bring you sustained magic and glimmer moments?

So lovely, I love when local wild life are in our yard. It seems such a natural way to start a day. After living smack bang in the middle of the city for 25 years, (only seeing pigeons and bin chickens) the different birds feeding on my native trees brings such wonder to my days
I need your brain 😬
Okay folks, I need your brains on this one please! 🧠✨ I’m currently redesigning the PAWS classroom and rebuilding the materials from scratch, and I’d love your input on something. The original PAWS method was: P — Present Moment A — Appreciation W — Wonder S — Share Originally, Appreciation was intended to be more than simply noticing something we appreciate and expand with it. It was also about staying with it for a moment and really taking it in. Then @Melanie Sweeney beautifully brought up the idea of savouring, and now I’m wondering where it most naturally belongs in the PAWS process. So, which feels more intuitive and potent to you? Option 1: A — Appreciate in a savouring way You notice what you appreciate and consciously linger with it, letting the moment really land. Option 2: S — Savour (before it was Share) You move through Present Moment → Appreciation → Wonder, and then finish by savouring and/or sharing the experience. I quite like the idea of savouring coming at the end, almost like tying a bow around the little gift you’ve just given yourself. 🎁 But I’m curious about what feels most natural to YOU when you actually imagine using PAWS in everyday life. Where would you put Savour? Is it more important than Sharing? Because I could also just make the S- Savour instead of Share? I also was really taken in what @Jane Purdon shared with us in a thread. I don't want that people feel pressure to share constantly on social media. It was encouraged during the 28 day challenge to build a habit (which Jane clearly beautifully did and inspired many of us) and now its finding a way to live and integrate it. The sharing aspect is more to put high vibes into the world, and as a community we use the science of capatalisation (we enhance it and witness it) and then these experiences become contagious and it spreads. So I do like that aspect. But I don't want that people feel obligated to do it.

Shit…… I’ve only just got the hang of Share 😂 I like Share because it’s about raising the vibration, not just mine, but the people who come into contact with me, the world around me, attracting high vibes into it. It has also been an invitation for me to share my thoughts interactions with my dog that make me happy, that isn’t about dog training, the cute things that nobody is usually interested in hearing. We all know I don’t share very much, but the little I do has been moments, or observations I would not have previously made, or put as much energy into. I agree that the descriptions and explanations are going to make the biggest difference for people understanding and participation.

@Windy Williamson hi Wendy, I just looked at your profile pic. (Mini) Snap
🙄
Pax: “Mum, you are STILL on the couch?!? To be honest…this is very boring for me. Very inconveniencing.“ *Sighs deeply while making direct eye contact* 🙄😂 Pax is such a lovely boy, but you mess with his outside runs, he will let you know 😂
