Happy Sunday, had a successful vendor event yesterday for my Pampered Chef business!!! Definitely the boost i needed!!
baking cookies at Midnight... What?! Updated.. sorry.
Yeah, I think I'm crazy too. Lol.. Just had the overwhelming feeling I wanted to make cookies. (It happens, just go with it.) Peanut butter was calling my name. So easy, 3 ingredients. 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup sugar 1 egg Put in a bowl and mix. Place a dollop (2 tablespoons) on a lined cookie sheet, then take a fork and make a criss cross on top flattening them slightly, and cook in the oven at 350 degrees F for about 10 minutes. They will appear to be uncooked, but trust me, they'll be perfect. Let sit 5 minutes and then serve still warm. Add a little milk and enjoy!

Happy Wednesday... what creation have you done recently that made yourself proud ? For me just working with a young Chef, who is actually better than me and together we have lot's on common.. I'm too old to have an ego, it's time for him to shine...
