I usually don't take on hourly contracts but 2 weeks ago I did. Over the past few months I lost 3 clients so I had some extra time on my hands and wanted to start building up that client base to where it was. The client is really cool and a nice guy, and I have a 20hr/week limit. With proper scheduling and making sure my fixed rate clients are being serviced as well, it's possible and may not be a bad thing to take on 1-2 hourly contracts. Just wanted to share. Which do you think are better?

I recently lost a few clients so I decided to take make sure my outreach is consistent EVERY DAY. It's leading to multiple meetings throughout the week & new clients 🔥
