Week 5: 💛 Focused 12 Weekly Check In
Before you start this week, take 90 seconds to reflect on last week. Why? Research shows that people improve performance when they regularly measure progress, reflect on results, and make small adjustments. Reflection creates awareness. Awareness creates better decisions. Better decisions create better results. This is not about perfection. It is about execution. Use the Weekly Celebration Tool to complete your reflection, then come back and comment below with your 90 Second Weekly Check-In. 90 Second Weekly Check In 1. Execution Score_____ % of planned commitments completed 2. Celebrate One Win 3. What Worked? 4. What Got in the Way? 5. One Lesson Learned 6. One Commitment for This Week Drop your check in below or create a new post. We are here to celebrate, encourage, and help you keep moving forward one week at a time.

90 Second Weekly Check In 1. Execution Score___100__ % of planned commitments completed 2. Celebrate One Win: Having fun with the videos I’m creating 3. What Worked? Having a “day off“ on the beach and blending in taking some quick video footage that’s giving me loads of content for the week. 4. What Got in the Way? Poor health 5. One Lesson Learned: still trying to do too much . 6. One Commitment for This Week: Cut commitment if you’re even slightly questioning if you’re well enough. Ruthless health focus.

🎯 Let's talk more about goals
Last week, many of you shared that you're focused on growth goals. This week, let's make those goals a little more tangible. Every big goal starts somewhere. ✨ Where are you today? ✨ Where do you want to be 90 days from now? Talking about your goals with other people can bring clarity, accountability, and encouragement. Sometimes the right conversation is what turns a dream into a plan. Share your goal and where you are right now in the comments. We'd love to cheer you on and support your journey. 💛 Poll: Where are you right now?

I’m making very slow but steady progress on one goal – it’s painfully slow! But on my other, more significant goal, progress is chugging along nicely… Almost flying… So progress is feeling good.

Feeling overwhelmed by clutter? Don’t organize the whole house. Just pick one room and do this: ✅ Find 12 things to donate 🗑️ Find 12 things to throw away 🏠 Find 12 things to put back where they belong That’s just 36 small decisions. You’ll create more space, reduce visual clutter, and build momentum without spending your whole day cleaning. Small, consistent actions beat overwhelming weekend projects every time. 💛 Who’s in? What room are you tackling first?

REPLAY - June Financial Review
Tracking your business income and expenses does more than help you know your numbers. It gives you clarity and confidence. When you build a simple monthly habit, you'll: - Make bookkeeping easier and faster - Make tax season much less stressful - Understand your cash flow - Spot subscriptions and expenses you can reduce or eliminate - Make better business decisions based on real data, not guesses This replay includes the first 15 minutes of our coworking session, where I walk through: - Why every entrepreneur should track their finances each month - How to use my Business Financial Review spreadsheet - How to download your Amazon KDP royalty report from last month Then it's your turn. Open the spreadsheet, gather your bank statements, credit card statements, and income reports, and spend a little time organizing your numbers. Future you will be grateful. If you get stuck or have questions as you work through it, ask in the comments below. I'm happy to help.

🎉 Wednesday Win: Have You Heard of the Progress Principle?
Today's idea comes from Teresa Amabile's research on what actually keeps people motivated, and it completely changed how I think about success. Most of us believe motivation comes from the big moments. "I'll feel successful when I launch." "When I get my first sale." "When I hit my income goal." But what if motivation doesn't come from the finish line? Amabile's research introduced The Progress Principle, the idea that one of the biggest drivers of motivation is making meaningful progress, even in small ways. Instead of asking: ❌ "Have I made it yet?" you ask: ✅ "What progress did I make today?" It's a subtle shift, but a powerful one. It moves us from chasing occasional breakthroughs to recognizing the small wins that build momentum. Over the next few Wednesdays, I'd love to explore this idea together through the lens of Income Without Burnout. Not just how we celebrate success... But how do we notice the progress that creates it? 💬 To start us off, finish this sentence in the comments: One win I'm celebrating this week is...

Letting go of trying to get everything done on Monday and burning myself out by Tuesday lunchtime… It feels amazing and I’m actually managing to get SOME things done… Better than doing a load and then crashing so nothing else it’s possible to get done.
