THE 2% CHALLENGE ⚔️
This week’s challenge: As we roll into this week inside Pushmore Academy, I’ll be recording the Knockdown Module—and while I do, I want to challenge every one of you. Post your repairs. Not just your best repairs. Not just the ones you’re proud of. Post the ones you fought through. Post the ones that humbled you. Post the ones that made you question your process. This is where we start documenting the journey. No judgement. No ego. Just growth. Too many technicians only want to show the polished result. But the truth is, progress is built in the imperfect reps. I want us to be able to look back on these moments months from now and see where we were… and how far we’ve come. This week, I want you to repair as much as you can until you hit your stopping point. And when you think you’re done… Ask yourself: Can I take this 2% further? That question should become part of every repair. I ask myself that on every job. My repairs don’t always come out 100%. I’m still learning. Still refining. Still pushing. Because the goal isn’t perfection. The goal is to get 1% better every day. So this week: Push. Fight. Document. And when you’re ready to stop… Go 2% more. ⚔️ Now WORK HARD and GO BE GREAT. 🇺🇸🫡🤜🤛😎🤙

@Steven Arzapalo got it. Some of the pushes look like that may be too sharp of a tip at some parts of the DENT, but my overall impression is that there’s a lot of pressure that still needs to get knocked down and broken up. It sure would be great to be able to hang out with you in person one day! I’ve gladly worked through some damage. In the meanwhile, this week, I’ll be recording some repairs from my point of view. Today at the shop, I received the Insta360 go 3S. My hope is I’ll be able to give you all some really good angles. To bring to light some of the things that I mentioned. I really want you to enjoy this craft to the fullness! Extremely grateful for your support! Keep pushing brother!

Such a great tool. Walk the body line from the outside-in, and that puppy should come clean. Another tip, use the Glexo Magic on tools like this for an even softer push. I’ve been using it quite a bit lately, even on my sharpest tools, and it is a product that I will be making some content on, and getting behind. Keep pushing brother!
