Water Cooler Sessions... W🤯W
Loved our water cooler session from 2-3pm CST today. We ran the gamut of topics including "the boring side" of anti-inflammatory nutrition with @Elena Maren , the importance of cybersecurity when it comes to vibe coding and digital resources with @Jim Jones , GoHighLevel setups and work arounds, digital products with @Sweetz W , getting the spark back in your personal relationships with the va-va-voom @Deborah Oppenehim and getting the most from your Classifieds posts with me @Faith Adebayo LOVED getting to know everyone on a deeper level and getting to see their passions come out to shine around what they do on Skool. The next round is live .... you can still jump in and chat too.

Paid Skool Groups will go to the front of the line….
Skool just made the biggest argument for choosing to be a paid group rather than a free or freemium that I’ve ever seen. šŸ‘€ If you missed today’s news, Skool rolled out a new feature called Growth Boost. Here’s the short version: Skool will now run ads FOR your community. Off their platform, on their dime. You flip a toggle in your settings and Skool starts sending you new members. Yes. Skool is literally going to run the ads for you. Now, I run ads. I run a Skool community teaching people ads. I love ads. Obsessed with them actually. They’re not scary once you know what you’re doing. But if you’ve never touched Ads Manager, I get it, they can feel expensive and risky. Skool just took that whole barrier off the table for you. But here’s the part most people are going to miss… Skool only makes money on this when a PAID member joins. They take a small commission that funds the whole ad program. So guess which groups they’re going to push hardest? The paid ones. Free groups still get promoted, but they are NOT the priority. Skool doesn’t earn anything by sending people to a free community, so why would they spend their ad dollars there? So if your group is free right now, you’re basically at the back of the line for the exact traffic engine everyone’s about to be fighting over. That’s why this is THE moment to go paid. Even low-ticket paid. Because now the math flips: You go paid → Skool prioritizes sending you traffic → those members convert → part of it reinvests into MORE ads for you. A little growth loop running while you sleep. But (and this part matters) Skool sending you traffic is not the same as Skool making you money. The communities that actually win from this are the ones set up to convert. A cover that works as an ad. A Discovery description that pulls people in. An About page that closes. And an offer that’s actually worth paying for. That’s the whole thing we’re building together alongside each other inside The Skool Scaling Squad. How to launch a paid community from day one (no free group, no huge audience, no years of grinding first) and set it up so it actually converts the traffic Skool is now handing to paid groups first.

@Abbey Strodtbeck i have a freemium and was said when i asked on the post in Skooler community that we are included BUT i still think that a fully paid group will get Pushed more bc you dont know when or if someone will upgrade to paid honestly. I am trying to decide how i want to alter my community bc i dont want all my free members to get my premium tier items so i know the transition will need a lot of planning bc when i went from a monthly to freemium (when they rolled it out) it was a hassle making sure everyone got what they needed for access. But i have been contemplating this. I love having my free plan bc it’s a great way to give some value and use as a lead magnet but idk now with them running ads lol šŸ˜‚
#FriendFriday šŸŽ‰
It's time to celebrate each other! In the COMMENTS BELOW, please share a Skool community you think is doing really great things. It can be one you've participated in yourself or one that you've heard from others is amazing. Please do the following: 1. Tell us the name of the community and link to it (affiliates allowed). 2. Tag the person who owns the community. If they are not in the CLASSIFIEDS, then please send them a DM and let them know that you mentioned them here. I promise you will make their day! 3. Describe why the group is so wonderful and how it has helped you. Please DO NOT just copy and paste the About page! 4. Comment on each others comments and scroll through the referrals to see if there's an amazing group you are missing out on! Thanks so much for supporting each other and this community! Please note that any #FriendFriday mentions that are created as new posts will be deleted. Thanks! Please DO NOT promote yourself. 🤨. The entire community is for promoting yourself. This post is for celebrating someone else. 😊

@Tia Simmons has ALOT of knowledge when it comes to A.I. and I think everyone should come into her community and support her as she builds. She loves to teach others all about using A.I. for free and she shows how to build items too. I just wanted to share bc I see she has a good heart and just wants to share her knowledge with everyone. Here is her link: https://www.skool.com/build-a-bot-workshop-3447/about. Hope this is correct as this is first time I have done a #friendfriday 🩷

She ate WHAT at school???
One of the fastest ways to make a parent question everything is hearing: "She ate it at school." Wait. The same child who cried because the noodle looked different? The same child who hasn't touched pasta in months? That child? I hear versions of this all the time: "My son's teacher says he eats foods at school that he won't even look at at home." "She tries things for her classmates that she refuses for me." "The lunchroom gets a different kid than I do." As frustrating as this feels, this doesn't mean they’ll never eat it in your presence. Eating is influenced by so much more than hunger. • social dynamics and peer modeling • nervous system regulation • sensory load throughout the day • predictability and routines • masking all day and crashing at home • feeling safe enough to show struggles Sometimes the behavior starts to make a lot more sense when we understand what's happening beneath it. I created a free guide that helps parents uncover some of the hidden reasons eating can feel so complicated. I'm curious—has your child ever eaten something at school, daycare, or a friend's house that they completely refuse at home?

Local money machines
Ny name is Tia I run local money machines here on skool. I teach others to run AI Without monthly API Fees and offline. Also how to built full production machines that run on byok and mostly free. I created a free AI Assistant for your mobile phone. Also I just figured out how to find list of potential leads and how to get them free and confirm the emails before contacting. My engagement is pretty low it's hard to get people to talk. So I've just been letting people come to me with their problem while I work on somethings. I love to research and love to solve problems so ask me anything. I have 6 books online Amazon under Sinhara blxckroze. Most are for people dealing with scammers or possible. But it's awareness from child up to adults. I have 6 repos in gut hub with various programs I have built for homeschooling parents , teachers and more. I even built my own coding language. But yep that's me Local Money Movers.
