I'm proud of you!
One of my Mojo Men pulled in $500k in a Rainmaker Campaign last week. It’s the 3rd or 4th Rainmaker for the same program. They've all been multi-six figures, but this is the best one yet. Also... A fellow Flame... @Andrew Hardin RIGHT HERE in CFM... Just started his first community. I am equally proud of both of them! They both confront challenges with courage, commitment and creativity. There is nothing a Mojo (Wo)Man can’t do with courage, commitment, creativity, collaboration and the right CAMPAIGN! I love the word ‘campaign’ because it wraps up all of those qualities in a neat package. Whether it’s losing weight, becoming a better writer, starting your 1st community or making $500k… …don’t “try” …run a full-on CAMPAIGN! There's nothing you can't do with the right CAMPAIGN! Get ‘er DONE!! I am proud of you for being here in CFM! Why? Because you're BUCKING the traditional personal finance programmed into us by Wall Street, banks and fund managers who WANT you to work hard and give THEM your money for THIRTY YEARS! OF course, they don't want you to touch it until you're in your 60s or 70s! They can't leverage YOUR MONEY if you don't put it into their fund, ETF or insurance product! They spend BILLIONS programming us. It's not simple to deprogram yourself. But... Creating your first community is like a "reboot". Then learn to run campaigns (I've gotta bunch) and before you know it, you're pulling in 6 figures with your community and "deprogrammed". I'm honored to be on this journey with ya! Rooting for Ya, Travis PS Thank you again for all your help spreading the word about CFM! We are 700+ members now. That's 700 Flames! That's 🔥😆 PPS and now @Lauren Hazel has her first 6 members! https://www.skool.com/community-fire-mojo-6715/got-my-first-6-members?p=4d6cfbf0
I'm proud of you!

@Jaime OConnor You couldn't be in better hands than watching what Travis does and modelling it. He shows what he is doing right out in the open here in this community. There aren't very many steps. You've got this.
Poor People's Decision Goggles🥽
What keeps poor people poor? It's not... 👉Beliefs 👉Luck 👉Smarts 👉Lack of Money 👉Oppression 👉Lack of good looks It's CONSISTENTLY POOR DECISION MAKING! We all make poor decisions from time to time. A poor decision here or there won't put you in the poorhouse UNLESS the DOWNSIDE of the decision is catastrophic. (Drunk Driving, for example) Now... Ronin are here MOSTLY to make an income without masters. So...let's apply this to $$$ Let's talk about ONE decision-making PRINCIPLE which took me from poor to rich so fast it made my head spin. There are whole books on personal finance and business and such. But... This ONE PRINCIPLE is like putting on GOOD DECISION glasses when it comes to money getting. It comes down to this: ✅Rich people have CONTROL. ❌Poor people do NOT have CONTROL. 👀I call it the CONTROL PRINCIPLE. 👉Will this decision give me MORE OR LESS control? It doesn't matter if I "like" it, or not. It doesn't matter if it's "easy" or not. It doesn't matter if it's "popular" or not. It doesn't matter if it "costs" me money or not. All that matters... Does this decision give me MORE CONTROL? ...OR LESS? Case in point: A fine chap I have known for over 5 years... And he's been "broke" for 5 years... Routinely makes decisions NOT based on control, but based on what the decision will cost him. For example: He has a YT channel. Which he has almost NO CONTROL over traffic-wise. Sending his YT traffic to an email list or community or ANYTHING he DOES have control over is a much better decision than letting YT have ALL THE CONTROL. But he refuses to TAKE/GET CONTROL... Why? $9 a month. POOR DECISION! (Google is RICH because they CONTROL STUFF! The same applies to Microsoft, Amazon, etc. Rich people spend BILLIONS to merely GET CONTROL. Google spent billions to get control of YT. They spent what most peeps thought was a stoooooopid amount of money because YT was losing money. But Google uses the CONTROL PRINCIPLE when making decisions. My poor friend does not. Google didn't get rich by getting all the FREE STUFF they could.)

@Phil Wheatley outstanding pivot. Many cake shop owners would have folded with no idea how to recover. I see so many retail businesses totally beholden to the traffic that walks past their door. They are like vultures waiting for something to die in front of them (hat tip Dan Kennedy). Sitting ducks with no control of their future, but massive outgoings and risk. Next thing their shop is vacant or a new tenant takes the space over to do the same thing. And the cycle goes on. Occasionally one of them will ask for my email address but the majority of them are too busy taking 'now' money to get control of 'future' money and financial stability.
Movement Check: “The Present Parent”
I’m noodling on a movement that feels personal… but I think it might resonate with some of you too. Here’s the trigger: I’m not trying to be Superdad. I’m not trying to be the Instagram parent. But I AM tired of saying “sorry, sweetie, daddy’s working” to my 8-year-old daughter every day. She’s shooting up like a weed, man. The thing that kills me isn’t the work. It’s that I’m often not available when it actually matters. That’s where this movement starts: ** Present Parent = Freedom to say YES when it matters ** Now, this isn’t really a “parenting” thing… It’s more like a permission slip. A way out of saying “I’m busy” every time someone you love needs a moment of you. (For me, it’s “Can we play?” while I stare at my screen like an idiot, saying “sorry, not now my love”) No more “productivity porn” No more selling time like it’s the only card in our decks Sagoing it up, Present Parent is about : ➤ Assets over time ➤ Flows over grind Not making more money. Not doubling productivity. Just owning our damn hours, and being present whenever you need - or want to. Could be skating with my daughter, helping my mom without constantly checking my watch, or, I dunno… learning how to play “Bark at the Moon” on guitar. I'm calling it Present Parent. Not about being perfect. Just being present by choice, not by chance. Quick poll - and please be real with me On a scale of 1-10… 1 being “Leandro, I’d rather get kicked in the privates than joining this movement” 10 being “I'd get kicked in the privates so I can join this” ...How interested are you in having more time to be Present? Thanks, Leandro (P.S. if this gets 20 votes, I’ll post a quick video of me playing a bit of Bark At The Moon :) )

@Leandro Langeani not necessarily because grand parents are parents first. I think it’s a great idea what you’re doing

Destroy A Lil' Bill! ($13k Pop-Up Auction)
Heads up! Last week... I DESTROYED my $800+ a month Wistia bill for over a year! Pulled in $13,000 bucks with a Community Pop-Up Auction. They are soooo fun. Everyone loves participating... It took less than an hour of actual "work". Very little to deliver. So... On Monday... I got on Zoom with our Flame @Dale Backers. He's a family man with a 9 to 5. I laid out step-by-step exactly what I did. During the auction and post-auction. Yesterday... After work... Guess what Dale did? 👍He ran his first lil Bill Buster Pop Up Auction... 🍾And he's already at $1800 in sales. He'll make more after he gets off his day job. Fun Pop-Up Auctions are NEWBIE-friendly. 👉I've just put the training in the classroom here. (It's the first one.) Get ya some! The investment is tiny. AND... ⚠️UNTIL I CHANGE MY MIND⚠️ When you run your first Pop-Up Auction, THEN post your results for your fellow Flames... NOT ONLY will you get my total respect! 👍😀 ...I will send your investment BACK TO YOU! BTW: You also earn 50% commish when someone you invite to CFM purchases. What lil' bill do you wanna destroy first? Let's get her done! Rooting For Ya, Travis PS I also included the 5 Minute Zoom Auction - I added $100 a month in less than 5 minutes. I won't make the Forbes 500, but it pays my water bill! 👀PPS Don't have a community yet? I betcha someone with a FB Group, Skool community, YT channel , Instagram, etc would let you run an auction and split the $$$. How do I know? I've seen it happen over and over. Last month one of my Ronin ran an Instragram Auction and did over $20,000 - NOT HIS INSTA!

@Matthias Van Cauter Nice strategy. As Travis has said every author should have a community built around their book. Super way to monetise their audience
Community Income Streams💰
I've been at this game for a couple of decades. I've never found an investment that can produce as many income streams as a COMMUNITY. Most folks only monetize with ONE income stream: Paid Membership. But there are dozens of others! In fact... I'd go far as to say EVERY SINGLE COMMUNITY is GROSSLY underutilized and UNDER MONETIZED. 👉What are some income streams we can produce for our F.I.R.E. other than paid memberships? Take a stab at it👇 Let's go Flames! 🔥 Rooting For Ya, Travis

For quick reference, here is a list of the awesome monetisation ideas submitted by members so far: 1) The most common way to monetise Skool groups is to charge a monthly membership fee. Often people use a 2-group strategy by using a free group as a lead magnet and then ascend members into the paid group using an irresistible offer. 2) Sell Your Own Products, Services Or Coaching: It's easy to use a Skool group to host your digital products and the attached community is perfect for giving support, letting members contribute, and upselling them into higher level programs (next) 3) Upsell New Products And Services: It's very easy to sell more stuff to your members because you have already built a relationship with them 4) Make Affiliate Offers: Sell affiliate products to your audience, with or without added time or number-limited bonuses 5) Run Polls & Auctions: DM everybody who answers a 3 Question Poll or bids on an auction with a personalised offer based on their response or bid amount. **Polls and auctions can generate 5 or 6 figures in 24 to 72 hours 6) Goodwill Campaigns: Use a sequence of posts and emails to promote a product or service through a dedicated campaign. Can be run 12 times a year 7) Copy and Paste Courses: You can copy and paste entire courses from one Skool into another with the "Import Key" feature. License or sell your content into other Skool groups or sell other people's courses in your own 8) Offering Surprise Bonuses: Give surprise bonuses to people who purchase products or services from you or through your affiliate link by unlocking courses for them in the Classroom 9) In Person Events: Live or virtual events such as AMA's and Coaching Calls that can be monetised in all sorts of ways 10) Rent Access To Classroom Spots: Let other creators and course owners rent access to your classroom 11) Rent Pinned Posts: Allow people to place a Pinned Post in your group in exchange for an advertising fee or a profit share 12) Sell Sponsored Workshops: Have experts hold Workshops for your community and split the revenue from their offers
