That was the message I needed to hear! I had good intentions but totally reverted to old habits on my trip. I’m going to put it behind me and try to eliminate thoughts of being behind and just start where I’m at!
Better late than never!
It’s been a crazy week so I only completed Day 1 today (longer version). Boy, I am more out of shape than I thought I was, It’s been a minute since I’ve lifted weights. I leave for a trip tomorrow so any advice on staying on track would be appreciated, especially with eating out for every meal.

Day 3 complete
Just finished my workout. Even though I can’t fully do everything in the video, I can tell I’m getting a little better. Working on getting my strength back.

Lower body #2
Omg my legs are jelly!!! I almost took a break today, but then decided to do a late night workout instead. Glad I did. Hope I can walk tomorrow haha

Day 3- Pau!
Guyyyssss! My legs have been sore since Day1 workout, so sore that I have a hard time walking downhill(my driveway). Today, I was able to do Wall Sits wincing the entire time… but forget about those Split Squat! My gosh, I could NOT do it. Bird Dog was fine, I did break a sweat there😅
