You can’t outperform how you actually see yourself. The reason the same pattern keeps repeating is because you’re still operating as the old version of you. Not the one who already decided this time is different. That version doesn’t exist yet because you haven’t given him anything to point to. He’s a decision, not a feeling. Feelings show up after the proof, not before it. Fix it by picking the one thing old you always avoids. Break it into the smallest possible step and do that step today, not the whole thing, just proof that the new version is real.
