I really enjoy learning how to take care of my health better through nutrition. It helps me to put into practice the things that I was not sure about. I feel better than I use to. My body feels lighter, bloating is decreasing. I just feels better inside my body. I use to avoid all starch, but Genny is helping me understand that it's ok with the right ones and to eat healthy fats.  I am slowly learning to appreciate cooking again because I use to just hate cooking, now I 
notice a little shift.
