My Personal Story
𝗜 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗜 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳. ❤️ As the oldest of 12 children growing up in an Amish family, responsibility came early. And then I went on to raise 11 children of my own. Caring for others has always been a huge part of who I am. I’ve always been the one noticing what someone needs—especially when it comes to their health and well-being. But there was a time when I was struggling to care for 𝐦𝐲𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟. I dealt with digestive issues throughout my growing-up years, and especially during my later childbearing years, there were so many foods I simply couldn’t eat. I knew my body needed nourishment, but I often couldn’t get the variety and nutrition I needed from food alone. So I began searching. I wanted something natural that could help me 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐚𝐩 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐲 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐝. What I discovered became a turning point for me. By focusing on nourishing my body and supporting my cells from the inside out, I began experiencing a difference in how I felt. Today, I’m grateful to say I live a vibrant, active life—able to enjoy my everyday activities, spend time with my precious grandchildren, and truly appreciate the life I’ve been given. 💚 And now, something that began as a personal search has become a mission. I want to help others discover what it feels like to feel good in their own bodies—to have more vitality, nourish themselves well, and not simply accept feeling less than their best as “just getting older.” Because I believe 𝒘𝒆 𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒊𝒗𝒆, 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒎𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒚 𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒗𝒆. 🌿 If my story sounds familiar, I’d love to hear from you. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐰? 💚

Morning Smoothie
🌱 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗲? Some mornings are BUSY. You’re thinking about everyone else, trying to get out the door, and before you know it… breakfast gets pushed aside. That’s one reason I love my Complete protein powder smoothie. 💚 It’s so much more than just a protein powder. ✨ Plant-based protein from soy, chickpea, pea and rice helps provide the essential amino acids your body needs to support muscle maintenance. 🌾 𝟕 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐬 fiber help support fullness and healthy digestion. 🌱 It also contains nutrient-dense ingredients like amaranth, millet, quinoa, broccoli sprouts, radish sprouts and alfalfa sprouts. 🍓 Plus, it provides essential vitamins and minerals that support things like energy metabolism, muscle function and immune health. And I love how SIMPLE it is. My morning jump-start: 🥤 1 serving of Complete 💧 Water or your favorite non-dairy milk 🍓 A handful of berries or your favorite fruit 🥬 And sometimes a little spinach or other greens Blend it up and you have a quick, nourishing smoothie to help get your day started on the right foot. For me, it’s not about being perfect or following some complicated diet. It’s about asking myself: “How can I give my body more of what it needs today?” 🌿 Because especially as we get older, I believe nourishing our bodies well is one of the best ways we can continue to have the energy to enjoy the people and things we love. ❤️ Would a simple morning nutritional jump-start like this be helpful for you? Check it out here. 👇🏼 https://us.juiceplus.com/cart/?cart_token=52398d002c29eed8fb2fd43a131560541e5e50f728bd93c0298c16bb9154ac10&commSysPartnerID=10630271

You’re not lazy—your routine is just louder.
🌿 Have you ever had every intention of eating well… and then life gets busy? You planned to drink more water. You bought the healthy groceries. You wanted to prepare nourishing meals. But then the day gets away from you, you're tired, and suddenly grabbing something quick feels like the only option. That doesn't mean you're lazy. ❤️ Sometimes your routine, responsibilities, stress, and endless to-do list are simply louder than your good intentions. Instead of beating yourself up, try making your next healthy choice smaller and simpler. 🥕 Add one more vegetable. 💧 Drink one more glass of water. 🍎 Choose a piece of fruit. 🥗 Prepare something simple for tomorrow. 🌱 Give yourself permission to start again. Remember, ladies—wellness isn't about doing everything perfectly. It's about continuing to nurture yourself, one small choice at a time. We're growing together here in the Wellness Garden. 🌷 What's your biggest nutrition stress this week? Share it below. You may discover that you're not the only one! 💚

🌈 Eat The Rainbow 🌿
Ladies, have you ever noticed how beautifully colorful nature makes our food? That variety isn’t just pretty—it’s one of the simplest ways to bring more nourishment into your body. Different colored fruits and vegetables provide different vitamins, minerals, fiber, and plant compounds that support our bodies in different ways. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 Think red tomatoes, orange carrots, yellow peppers, green leafy vegetables, blueberries, and purple cabbage. The more variety we can enjoy, the more diverse nutrients we give our bodies. And it doesn’t have to be complicated or perfect! 🌿 Add a handful of spinach to your eggs. 🥕 Toss some colorful vegetables into your lunch. 🫐 Enjoy berries with breakfast. 🥦 Try a different vegetable at dinner. Small, colorful choices add up. Here in our Wellness Garden , we’re not chasing perfection—we’re learning to nourish our bodies with simple, wholesome choices that help us feel our best. 💚 So today, ask yourself: “How many colors can I put on my plate?” 🌈🥗 Try this yummy colorful salad recipe and let me know what you think. 🥦 #WellnessGardenForWomen #EatTheRainbow #NourishYourBody #WholeFoodNutrition #HealthyLiving #WomenAndWellness
