Hello everyone! My name is Eva. I'm from California but I've lived all over. I'm a second year English teacher at a classical high school. I've been interested in real estate because I want to have financial freedom and not live paycheck to paycheck! I also want to be wise with finances and learn about building passive rentals. I am paying off loans, but once I can save for a downpayment, I want to get started right away! Fun fact: I grew up in China and can speak Mandarin (and a few other languages).
