How Are You Structuring Your S&C Training?
I’m interested in how others approach strength and conditioning alongside grappling training. Do you follow a structured program, or do you just lift when it fits around your training schedule? A few questions: - How many days per week are you lifting? - What types of movements do you prioritize? - Have you found certain exercises that translate well to grappling? Curious to hear how others are structuring their training.

Right now Im doing a Push-Pull-Legs split on days I don't go to Jiu Jitsu, and usually I squeeze in 40 minutes of cardio. Where I'm trying to trim weight and improve endurance, most of my lifts have been lighter weights with a lot of reps, but I'll do one heavy lift per workout to stay strong.

@Anthony Vanderpool I've been lifting seriously/regularly since I was about 18. I didn't start Jiu Jitsu until I was 20. For a long time it was just lifting. When I got into Jiu Jitsu, I started focusing more on functional stuff/athleticism
