I just wanted to open up and share a part of my menopause journey that has been deeply personal for me.. my hair falling out. No one really talks about how deeply it affects your confidence when your hair starts thinning or shedding more than usual. For me, it wasn’t just “hair falling out” it felt like I was losing a part of myself. Anyone else experiencing this?
