Hello! My name is Eugene Angelo, but you can call me EA. I’m based in Pampanga, Philippines. I’m a Computer Engineering graduate from Holy Angel University with nine years of experience in the BPO industry, mostly handling technical support accounts. Alongside this, I’ve also worked as a virtual assistant, which helped me build strong remote work habits, adaptability, and client-focused communication skills. Over the next six months, my main goals are to become highly skilled in n8n automation, find a side or part-time role where I can actively practice AI automation, and fully transition into an AI-focused career. Outside of work, I enjoy gaming, especially ARPGs, and I spend most of my free time playing video games. I also collect action figures, mainly Zoids, and I value quality time with my daughter the most. What I bring to the community is a strong technical support foundation, real-world problem-solving experience, and a mindset focused on continuous learning.
