Where Sprinters lose the most Time!
Most sprinters don’t have a speed problem. They have a force application problem. A lot of athletes lose time because they: - pop straight up out the blocks - rush their first steps - cycle too early - train speed while fatigued Acceleration should feel like PUSHING, not just moving your legs fast. One cue that helped me: “Push the ground away and stay patient through the first 20-30m.” What part of your race do you struggle with most right now? 👇🏾

I agree I realised this recently most of us always see the person besides us and try get steps in quicker than them because we see them getting ahead in our line of sight instead of being patient
