Hey, my name is Ethan, I'm from Southern California, Orange County. I just joined the Skool community. I'm more of a competitive tennis player than a Hyrox guy, but I recently saw my mate run the race a few weeks ago in Ottawa, and I think I might consider doing a Hyrox myself at some point in the future! I go to the gym whenever I can, mostly late in the evenings, but on most days I'm just working at my desk and drinking coffee to keep me awake. I don't do meal prep or any kind of thing, but I also noticed that I am not gaining any muscle. The first thing that comes to mind at the moment is that I notice more and more people around me mention peptides to quickly lean out and gain muscles, but I'm uncertain as to what the impact would be on the body.
