Hi guys I’ve had a long term enquiry come in. How would you go about arranging it to be direct booking

@Bilal Javed yes I have their number. I can also create an invoice. Do I refund the existing booking on Airbnb and take payment via bank transfer? Also how long does the refund take as it is likely those funds will be used to pay for the direct booking?

What is the best way to take a direct booking. I have a guest that has booked through Airbnb and are happy to pay directly. Do I cancel the booking and refund? What’s the best way to do it?
