During sessions — use Notion's AI note taker (/AI Note taker) to capture everything 4. After sessions — ask the AI agent to extract your action items 5. When overwhelmed — @mention your notes page and ask AI to create a 30-day implementation plan Pro Tip Don't try to watch everything. Pick 3-5 top priority sessions.
